SealCoating To Prolong The Life of Your Asphalt
When your asphalt is turning gray the oils are drying out of the asphalt and it’s turning brittle. When this happens it starts to crack and brake up. To help extend the life of the asphalt you need to have it seal coated , which helps put the oils back in to asphalt, reducing it from being brittle. Not like concrete, asphalt will expand and contract and by doing so if the asphalt does not have flexibility, you will soon have a costly replacement of the lot or driveway.
Here at Easy Mark Striping & SealCoating we have done a lot of research in the additives that we put in are coal tar sealant, we add silicon sand to help give it a non-slip surface. We also put in a fortifier to help increases film strength, to help stop oil and gas spills that might accrue. But best of all at Easy Mark the fortifier that we use, when it dries (about two hours), you will be able to drive on it. Allowing your Business to have less down time.
